About Wendy Johnson

My journey began over 25 years ago in the Philippines, where I discovered my passion for sales and marketing. I’ve always been drawn to connecting with people, building relationships, and finding creative ways to help others reach their goals — it’s the part of business that truly lights me up.

In 2010, I moved to the United States and took on various roles outside of sales while focusing on my greatest calling — being a wife, a mom, and embracing my love for arts and crafts. But in 2017, when my husband and I bought our first home together, something inside me reignited. I was fascinated by every step of the real estate process — the details, the possibilities, and the feeling of helping someone find a place to call home. That experience inspired me to attend real estate school, where I earned my license in 2018.

I officially started my real estate career in 2019 and proudly closed my first deal that September. Since then, I’ve helped dozens of families and individuals — about 35 transactions and counting — achieve their real estate dreams across Georgia.


Now, I’m stepping into an exciting new chapter as “Wendy Makes Xents.” This rebrand represents more than just a name — it’s a reflection of who I’ve become and where I’m headed. I’m combining my creativity, marketing background, and real estate expertise to build a platform that not only serves clients but also educates, inspires, and empowers others to create wealth and stability through homeownership.

As I grow this brand, I’m exploring new opportunities in digital content creation, community engagement, and real estate education. My vision is to connect with people on a deeper level — whether they’re first-time buyers, aspiring agents, or anyone looking to make smart, meaningful choices about their homes and finances. Through “Wendy Makes Xents,” I aim to make real estate more relatable, accessible, and yes, make a little “cents” while doing it.
